Automation and modeling in the era of digital transformations



The International special short-term programme under the auspices of UNESCO "Automation and Modeling in the Era of Digital Transformations" is created by the staff of the Department of Automation of technological processes and production.

The participants are offered a course of lectures and master classes on various areas of automation and modeling of technological processes: application of digital twin technology in industry, additive technologies, computer modeling of high-temperature processes, intelligent control systems, programming of industrial logic controllers, technology of augmented and virtual reality.

During practical classes, students will be able to independently design three-dimensional objects, print a designed object on a 3D printer, program an industrial controller, use augmented reality technologies, and master specialized software.

Participants can experience the relevant technologies also during hands-on courses and can present their own work. The school will provide a good opportunity to get to know other people working in the field, to meet distinguished scholars, and to establish contacts that may lead to research collaborations in the future.

Students, graduate students and young scientists are invited to participate in the specialties "Automation of technological processes and production", "Information systems and technologies", "Automated systems of information processing and control", "Automation and control", "Mechanics and mathematical modeling", etc.
