Basics of designing mining documentation and equipments



The program of the international summer school was created by the academic staff of the Department of Descriptive Geometry and Graphics.

School participants are offered a series of lectures and practical classes in various areas of mining engineering design using CAD systems: creating 2D and 3D technological drawings of mining production in various application packages - KOMPAS, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, etc., as well as the basics of working with applied libraries package data; methods for creating assembly drawings (design from bottom to top and top to bottom); technological schemes; creation of animations and videos of the simplest mechanisms

At practical classes students will design and create 3D models of an underground mining enterprise, as well as its individual sections with equipment, create 3D models of various mining equipment and its individual units, design mounting passports for mine workings and drilling and drilling passports in 2D and 3D formats, etc.

In addition to the main program participants of the summer school will visit the leading Russian company in the field of creating CAD systems (the KOMPAS program) - ASCON, the company of manufacturers of mining equipment.
