Management in Mineral-Raw Complex

The program of the international summer school "Management in Mineral-Raw Complex" was created by the academic staff of the departments of Organization and Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Sociology and Psychology, Industrial Safety.

Participants are offered a series of lectures, workshops and master classes in different areas of management: HR-management, Risk Management, Economics of Engineering, Project Management, Psychology of Management, Safety Management.

During the practical classes students will be able to perform a risk analysis of the project, develop a mining project in the GEMCOM software product, try out psychological methods of personnel management.

In addition to the program, participants will be able to visit the leading mining company of St. Petersburg such as Gazprom Neft, Polymetall, BergProekt and others. Students, graduate students and young scientists in the fields of "Economics", "Management", "Project Management", "Finance" and others are invited to participate.
