Social-Political Conflicts of Modern Society



The programme of the International summer school “Socio-political conflicts of modern society” is created by the professors of the Sociology and psychology department. Participants are offered lectures and master-classes, dedicated to different aspects of politics, conflictology and conflict resolution.

As a part of a practical training the students will be able to develop the conflict resolution technique which can be used in different spheres of human activity. They also will be able to manage the play conflict situation, offer the variants of the conflict resolution and participate in discussions on the actual modern problems.

In addition to the main programme the participants can visit the leading museums of Saint Petersburg, to meet with the leading specialists of the conflictology.

The participation is open to the students, PhD students and young researchers, specializing in such scientific fields as “Political Science”, “Sociology”, “Psychology” and “Conflictology”.
