Business ethics and effective communication
Programme ‘Business ethics and effective communication in a foreign language’ consists of a course of lectures and workshops aimed at obtaining knowledge about the rules of business ethics, development of skills of effective communication in a foreign language in academic and business spheres.
While studying the programme attendees will acquire the techniques of effective communication in a foreign language and the rules of business ethics, which will help them to solve professional issues; learn the role of soft skills in professional competence, acquire the skill of getting own emotions and the emotions of speech partner, develop the skill of managing own emotions as well as the emotions of other people; get acquainted with the rules of netiquette in electronic communication; learn to use the techniques of time management for effective organization of team work; study the ways of effective planning of research activity; learn how to apply effective speech techniques in realizing research activity.
