The program of the international summer school was developed by the academic staff of the department of mineral processing.

The summer school program includes various workshops and practical classes in the laboratories of the mineral processing department. The laboratories are equipped with unique modern equipment for conducting tests in the field of determining the physicomechanical properties of ores and mineral processing.

In the process of training in the summer school students will have the opportunity to conduct tests and learn how to do an independent research on generally accepted methods under the guidance of leading members of the department, as well as to simulate technological processes using modern computer packages.

In addition to the main program participants will go on industrial tours to the leading mineral processing companies based in St. Petersburg: Polymetal, RIVS, Mekhanobr and others.

Summer School "Mining 4.0: Mineral Processing" may be of interest to senior students and graduate students who want to expand their knowledge in the field of mineral processing.
