During the lectures Summer school participants will learn a lot about the basic properties of oil & gas, and the concepts of hydraulics. They will perform hydraulic and technological calculations, as well as the calculation of optimal pumping conditions. Students will get acquainted with pumping and compressor equipment used for pumping, methods of corrosion protection, technologies of liquefied natural gas (LNG), etc.

During practical exercises students will learn how to control the modes of pumps and compressors, simulate the operation of the main oil pipeline, work with diagnostic devices, as well as deal with the designs of pumps of various types.
