Dormitory #8

Dormitory # 8 of Mining University is located on Basil (Vasilievsky) Island, at 10/13 Nalichnaya Street.

The corridor-type dormitory has comfortable rooms for 2 and 3 people with private bathrooms. Each floor has shared kitchens, a computer room, self-service laundry, and a gym.  WiFi is available in all dormitory premises.  

All rooms have beds with bedside cabinets for each resident, a seating area and work desks, a shared wardrobe.  

The lodging costs per person varies from 10 to 12 thousand rubles per month, depending on the number or residents in the room. This includes all utility bills and change of bed clothes.

Video surveillance system and a fire alarm system are installed to ensure safety of the residents. Access to the residence hall is by student badges with special chips.
