The apartment-type dormitory has comfy apartments for 1 or 2 people with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Each floor has a computer room, self-service laundry, and a gym. WiFi is available in all dormitory premises.
The lodging cost per person varies from 10 to 20 thousand rubles per month depending on the number of residents in the apartment. This includes all utility bills and change of bed clothes.
Video surveillance system and a fire alarm system are installed to ensure safety of the residents. Access to the residence hall is by student badges with special chips.
