Overview

In the process of training under this program, students get acquainted with the principal methods of mathematical modeling of electronic equipment elements and the principles underlying the construction of mathematical models of industrial electronics circuits. They study computer technologies used at the stage of collecting and primary processing of scientific and technical information, methods used in processing the results of the experiment. They study the physicochemical characteristics of a substance in nanoform, methods for its preparation and use in electronics. They study methods of calculating electronic and nanoelectronic devices, devices of converting technology, microcontrollers for general and industrial purposes, electronic systems and devices for measuring, monitoring and controlling objects and technological complexes.
