Overview

In the process of training on this speciality, students get acquainted with the basic methods and approaches in the field of electrical circuits engineering, types and properties of electrical and structural materials, the basics of automatic control theory, the general theory of electric drives; they study the basics of electronics and power converting equipment, design, characteristics and adjusting properties of electrical machines, the principles of construction of control systems for electric drives of machines and equipment; master the methods of engineering  and design of electric drives and electrical systems, methods of analysis of operating modes, as well as methods of diagnostics of electric drives in order to ensure the required operating modes.
