Ability to formulate and solve practical problems arising during staff meetings (planning meetings) and in monitoring the production process;
Ability to use the readings of instrumentation (I&C) and data from geological and technical studies to assess the progress of the production process for gas and gas condensate;
Skills in identifying and assessing possible risks of deviating from design decisions in the process of gas and gas condensate production and making operational decisions to minimize them, as well as correcting the course of the production process of gas and gas condensate;
Ability to develop new technologies in the prevention of complications and accidents in gas production, protection of the subsoil and the environment;
Ability to make operational decisions to correct the course of the production process for gas and gas condensate;
Skills in preparing official documentation with an accurate description of the signs and types of complications arising during the extraction of gas and gas condensate, the actions of the overhaul team and the results of the elimination of complications and accidents.
