Overview

In the process of training under this program, students receive the knowledge and skills in real estate management, legal and methodological support for the integrated development of urban areas, modern technologies for land management and cadastral works, and the creation of cadastral databases. The students master their theoretical knowledge and gain practical experience in implementing mass cadastral valuation of land and other real estate, as well as price zoning of settlement territories. The curriculum aims to develop skills for independent research by selecting and analyzing students' scientific publications on key issues in the field of land management and cadastre, preparing reports for seminars, and students’ articles.
